Domestic (United States of America)
Important Notice: We accept most Major Credit Cards/Debit Cards and in some cases either PayPal Payments or Amazon Pay. For security purposes we do not accept phone orders, also we do not store Credit/Debit Card information on your account. Of course we know this can be pain for customers to have to enter their information every time they purchase when using a Credit/Debit Card; however, we're not willing to sacrifice security for convenience. All pages containing your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address are encrypted while in transit.
Please Note: We also accept orders from Canada. We currently do not offer any shipments outside of Canada and the United States of America however we do have customers that have a receiving location that we ship to in the United States and then they have it shipped outside of the country through their service.
Domestic Shipping (United States of America)
Even though we're an Online Daily Deals Dollar Store with Free Shipping on Orders of $50 or more, we also offer a Flat $4.95 Standard Shipping for your Entire Order, or a Flat $9.95 Expedited Shipping for your Entire Order.
International Shipping (Canada)
We also offer weight based shipping to Canada. We do not currently ship outside of the USA and Canada; however, we do have customers that have a billing authorized receiving location that we ship to in the United States, and then they have it shipped outside of the country through their service.
Delivery (All Orders)
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in 1 to 5 business days after payment is processed. Our Warehouse Hours are between 10am and 4pm CST, Monday through Friday. Most USA orders will be delivered in 2 to 10 business days after it has shipped depending on which Shipping method you select.
- Please Note: We try to give the best possible Shipping & Handling options we can, including taking on all or most of the cost depending on the way you order. We offer Free Shipping on USA orders of $50 or more, or you can use Standard or Expedited Shipping for a small fee. We don't make you wait weeks or months for your package, however keep in mind we can't send a large package overnight using our Free Shipping. We do from time to time Upgrade Free Shipping orders, but that can not be done all the time, so please expect a reasonable Shipping period on larger orders that use the Free Economy Shipping method.
- Also Note: 5to99.com is not responsible for non-delivery, mis-shipment and/or re-shipment of packages due to inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete shipping/billing information that you provide. Returned, re-sent and/or misdirected orders will be charged the full shipping cost plus a $5.00 handling fee. Basically please make sure you provide the correct address, review your address before you submit your order.
Please Note: Because we are an Online $1 Store and we provide either Low-Cost or Free Shipping & Handling which has an extreme cost, we can not accept traditional Refunds. However we may accept Exchanges if products are damaged during the delivery/shipping process. Also we try our best to take care of ALL of our customers, so if there is a unique situation, we will deal with it on a case by case basis in an expedited fashion.
A 8.25% sales tax is charged for all orders billed to an Illinois address, unless you provide us with the proper documentation that shows you are tax exempt.
